How to book

Location - Please come to The Gallivant reception, classes are either in our studio or on the beach.
Times - Please arrive 10 mins before the class starts as we can't admit latecomers.
Practice - Flowing through a range of poses linking each movement to your breath. All our classes are open to all levels and no experience is necessary.
After - Enjoy a complimentary reviving shot of freshly squeezed OJ, ginger juice and tumeric. (mornings only)
All guests are welcome to stay for drinks, breakfast or supper, however we ask that you could book this with our team in advanced: reservations@thegallivant.co.uk
