Location - Please come to The Gallivant reception, classes are either in our studio or on the beach.
Times - Please arrive 10 mins before the class starts as we can't admit latecomers.
Practice - Mat Pilates is a low-impact, floor-based workout that strengthens your core, improves posture, and builds long, balanced muscles through slow, controlled movements and mindful breathing.
